Located in the quaint medieval city center of Lund you will find our most lovely building, Roseniusgården. Being within a ten minute walking distance to anywhere in the city center, central station, and right next door to Kalmar Nation's main building, you will never feel far away from student life. And with just a three minute walk away from SOL, LUX, and EDEN campuses, it is the ideal spot to live if you study at any of these places.

Roseniusgården offers 2 apartments and 20 rooms divided into two co-living units and a student corridor, all spread across 4 floors. There is a lovely green garden on the ground level that frequently hosts social events, but is also the ideal place to kick your feet up and enjoy the classical architecture of the neighbourhood and a good book, or perhaps act as a hobby space for you and your friends to plant your own garden.

The housing is open for any student that applies, but members of Kalmar Nation are given priority. You can reach out to Roseniusgården's house foreman (Riann Kirk) with any questions.
